Graeme became a Partner in the Firm in 2005. He has worked in the legal profession since 1998 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2002.
Specialising primarily in Family Law, Graeme is a Law Society Accredited Expert and a member of the Law Society’s Advanced Family Law Panel and Children Panel. Graeme handles both Legal Aid and privately funded work in all areas of family law including divorce, separation and division of family assets as well as cohabitation, child contact and residence disputes.
Graeme has particular expertise in dealing with child care cases involving Social Services.
He is also highly experienced in handling domestic violence cases including injunctions, child maintenance disputes with the CSA, and pre-nuptial agreements.
Graeme also deals with civil litigation and dispute resolution including housing repossessions and landlord tenant disputes.
