Richard Rodger – Director

Richard is a Partner and the Supervisor of the Criminal Law Department and has been with the Firm since 2006. He has over 23 years’ experience working in Criminal Law dealing with common criminal offences of motoring/road traffic matters, theft/fraud, serious violence/sexual offences and homicide.

He also has experience of all manner of less common offences and prosecutions including those commenced by HMRC, DWP, RSPCA, HSE, FSA, the Environmental Agency and the Post Office. Richard also deals with Restraint Orders and Confiscation Proceedings under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA).

Richard is a Solicitor-Advocate and specialises in Police Station, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court work and has developed expertise in serious crime and high value fraud including Very High Cost Cases (VHCC). Richard has also been instructed to represent clients in relation to Taxi Licensing matters.
