We are a Gateshead based firm and have been established for over 50 years. Our Firm offers a comprehensive range of high-quality legal services with offices situated in Team Valley and Washington. About you
You will possess strong technical conveyancing skills and will be experienced in handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing transactions with minimal supervision and support. You will be experienced in dealing with leasehold sales and purchase transactions, new builds, auctions, lease extensions, rent charges, deeds of variation, transfer of equity matters and remortgages. You will be able to deliver high levels of client care resulting in further successful organic growth by way of repeat clients and word of mouth referrals. You will be familiar with the CML UK Mortgage Lender’s Handbook for Conveyancers. You will have a sound knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and will be familiar with undertaking the requisite due diligence in respect of client identity and source of funds.

About the role
- Residential conveyancing role handling a full but manageable caseload of varied work.
- Full time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday
- Predominantly based at our Gateshead Team Valley Office, although able to travel to our Washington Office on occasion where required to service our clients.
- Full electronic case management system. Full case management training will be provided.
